Can a Christian accept correction and rejection?

How can a Christian humbly accept correction and rejection?

It is the spirit by which you receive it, to accept correction is to simply appreciate that we may be wrong about something, even if you don't agree with the correction itself, its about graciousness.

I can be corrected about something I know I am right about, or in part correct, the main aspect is to appreciate the input of others to the degree of being open to hear it with grace. The idea is to not argue or debate with others about their opinions.

To accept rejection would be to accept Gods will for your life. I may want whatever I am being rejected, but I should trust that this rejection is for my good, if I place the Lord before whatever I do.

It is the belief that God wants better for me than I want for myself. Its to imagine a person looking from a high platform can direct you out of a maze better than one who is on the ground in the maze itself. But you must trust the person on the platform can see where you must go and what is coming in your direction and that they will guide you sufficiently.

1 Corinthians 2:9

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
